Casey Crellin has 23 years experience in finance and business management including six years with Price Waterhouse, two years with the Clorox Co., and eight years with American President Lines, and seven years with Client Systems, first as CFO, then as President and CEO. 

Casey is a co-founder and President of Virtual Technologies, LLC.  As President, he is responsible for the business strategy and finance.

Mr. Crellin is a CPA and earned a B.S. degree in Business/Finance from the University of Utah, has served his community as an elected leader, and serves his fellowmen through volunteer service in his church and its youth programs.

Dave Spear has over 22 years experience in operations, sales and marketing with both technology companies and consulting services firms.   He spent 13 years with Hewlett-Packard, first as an IT Engineer programming on HP mainframes and PCs, then moved to HP technical marketing, and finally into sales and sales management for HP's breadth of computer products, software, and services.  Dave has also worked as a principle consultant to national telecommunications and technology companies.  Prior to Virtual Technologies, Dave served as a VP of Sales & Marketing for Client Systems, LLC.

Dave is a co-founder of Virtual Technologies and is serving as General Manager and VP.  He is responsible for overall operations of Virtual Technologies.

Mr. Spear holds a B.S. in Business Management & Operations from Brigham Young University.

Dan Cossey has over 16 years experience in technical integration and manufacturing of high-end server and storage environments.  Dan is an HP STAR Certified Technical Professional on the HP e3000 and currently the only authorized Virtual CE certified to perform upgrades on Hewlett-Packard's behalf. Prior to Virtual Technologies, Dan was the Integration and Support Manager for a Hewlett-Packard Distributor.

As Enterprise Solutions Manager, Dan is responsible of systems and software integration for both servers and SAN storage environments.
